Earlier this year we supplied a few equipment pieces to the University of Melbourne Faculty of Veterinary & Agricultural Sciences.

The enquiry was not a typical commercial kitchen and required some thinking outside the box.

Boiling of anatomy specimens to retrieve bones for university classes required a solution with precise temperature control.

The Firex PF IE 300 kettle was chosen due to its digitally controlled panel and precise temperature control at low levels.
Butcherquip Large Biltong Cabinet was supplied for drying of the bones and the Eswood UT20H was supplied for washing of various utensils used.

If you need to boil, cook or roast something other than your everyday soup, noodles or lamb, don't hesitate to contact us :)
