Sensor Ultra by Sammic has been developed by Sammic to respond to the specific requirements of each user. The range, developed in collaboration with a team of highly experienced chefs, has been designed in accordance with the most exigent quality standards.
Equipped with a high precision sensor and Busch pumps, leaders on the market, all of the models offer the possibility of obtaining an accurate vacuum for a perfect result. In addition to this, the SU by Sammic vacuum packers have advanced features such as a backlit touch keypad with an LCD screen, programme memory, vacuum plus, control of the evaporation of liquids, “pause” button for marinating foods, intelligent progressive atmosphere, vacuum cycle by stages, etc., as well as a wide range of options such as the inert gas inlet, the option of printing labels, welding plus for metal bags or Bluetooth connectivity and the SammicVAC app to programme by the name of the product and print labels for effective HACCP control.

STOP button to move on to the next stage of the cycle at any time
Hour counter to monitor working hours and time until next service
Pause button enables the freezing of the vacuum stage at any point to accelerate marination/curing and tenderising
Staged vacuum program for soft and porous products allowing the removal of air trapped in products that would otherwise not be extracted
25 program memory and locking function to eliminate inadvertent changing of programming
