Visual Cooking oven sizes 1.20 and 2.20 (standard) are available as a roll-in model, i.e. the cassette rack for sheets, trays and grills is integrated in a trolley on wheels. This way, you can make the work flow in your kitchen more efficient and increase productivity when large amounts of food must be cooked in a short time.

HOUNO's roll-in trolley stays in the oven during preparation and is therefore equipped with a detachable handle that hangs outside the oven while the food is being cooked.

The cassette rack on HOUNO's roll-in trolley is available with 65 (2.20 = 67) and 85 mm distance between runners. Furthermore, you choose between U-runners and L-runners. Opt for a solution that goes well with the products you cook.
