Entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Insulated basins, pressed with rayed edges and with a drain equipped with ball wash-out valve. Dimensions suitable for GN 1/1 h.200 containers. Heating by means of 800w (BACR0010) and 1200w (BACR1010) heating elements placed beneath the basin. Shaped lower shelf for the 800mm high models. Rubber buffers. 4 pivoting wheels, 2 of them with brakes.
