Edlund?s New Knife Steriliser Cabinet will provide superior sterilisation compared to those using magnetic bars or metal racks.
The exclusive PETG non-filtering slotted knife holders and mirrored walls eliminate shadows and blade areas within the cabinet that usually prevent complete sterilisation on cheaper units, thus ensuring maximum protection. The easy to use timer has an audible alarm when sterilisation is complete.
In independent laboratory tests, sterilisation within the cabinet of the KSUV-18 was 99% effective after only three minutes, saving time and ensuring food safety in your kitchen.
