A NEW addition to the range, the MX91-410 offers the same high performance as the DMX410C model, but comes with the more economical  fixed shaft feature for those users who do not need the versatility of adding various attachments. The Dynamic Master Series of mixers will mix, blend, puree, emulsify, up to 100 litres in just a few minutes. Ideal for pureeing many types of cooked vegetables or similar products. Perfect for nurseries or for dietetic environments: puree of vegetables lightly pulverised, porridge, raw carrots puree, fruits cream,etc. It allows you to blend, puree, mix, & emulsify directly in the cooking pot. Indispensable for soup preparations, salad dressings, gravy, sauces, mayonnaise, re-fried beans, batters and many other products.
