B+S Black Ovens

The B+S Black Oven range has been designed to meet the varied demands of commercial kitchens and restaurants. Constructed using quality materials on a heavy-duty stainless steel frame, these units are built to last.

The B+S Black Oven is fitted with a performance-driven German-made thermostat ensuring temperature accuracy at all times while cooking. It is also equipped with a U-shape burner which combines with a natural convection process to create an even distribution of heat throughout the oven’s chamber. A multi-setting gas valve enables enhanced regulation of flame setting.

Frontal access to all components makes maintenance easy, and all external surfaces are made of easy to clean polished stainless steel.

The oven burner cooktops can be combined with our B+S Grill Plate and Char Broiler sections.
