Modular scale ice machine.
Up to 785kg production per 24/hr of scale ice (@ 2 mm ice
thickness). AISI 304 Stainless steel evaporator and ice
scraper blade. Food grade ABS plastic water sump tray.
Electromechanical control panel. Electrical protections,
rotation speed & reverse phase controls. Hermetic
compressor. 3 phase, 3.5kW.
All models supplied standard as air cooled (A), can be supplied as water cooled (W) on request only.
Please note production of ice is measured with an ambient temperature of 21°C and water temperature of 15°C. Production may fluctuate based on both ambient and water temperatures.
Water filters are recommended - see terms & conditions part 17.
