A compact combi oven from a leading Italian manufacturer of food equipment.

10 x 1/1 GN compact electric direct steam combi oven with electronic control panel both manual and programmable. Complete with core temperature probe, inbuilt automatic washing system, two speed fan, double glass Door Self Contained, internal stainless steel runners and 5 micron water filter. USB port for HACCP. Temperature range 30°C - 280°C. 3 phase, 15.4kW power supply. Stainless steel shelving not included.
