65 mm spacing between runners. Complete with USB, heated core temperature probe and internal runners.
3 phase, 5.1kW power supply.
All above units comply to DIN 8953/8954 standard. Chilling within 90 minutes & freezing within 240 minutes.
Standard with: Electronic programmable control panel, with soft chilling, hard chilling, freezing cycles, heated core temperature probe and internal runners.
